Micah T Jones

 

Born 1986 in Northern Ireland, Micah Jones graduated from the University of Ulster in 2007, having gained a first class honors degree in Architecture at the Art College in Belfast.

 

Micah works with sketching, model making, CAD and graphics, drawing on other mediums such as photography and graphic design. He has worked in several practices across Northern Ireland and in the Netherlands with a variety of work from residential one off designs, extensions and larger scale complex’s, with varying responsibilities and stages of the process. Having spent several months on construction sites, Micah has picked up a variety of construction skills such as stone masonry and basic joinery.

Micah spent six months working in Amsterdam, NL for Dok Architecten, where he was employed as a part one Architect. Returning to Ireland and working in Twenty two over seven, an award winning Architectural practice in Belfast.

 

Micah is completed his Master of Architecture in the University of Ulster, Belfast. Currently Micah is studying for his RIBA Part 3 Examination and working at Gary Harpur Architect in Ballynahinch.
